This involves engaging with Local Active Directory to create the user, add them to the Active Directory, and include them in the security group. Integration with Microsoft O365 follows, ensuring the creation of the user in O365, license assignment, and configuring email settings. Further, connectivity with Lotus Notes client facilitates ID creation. To keep everyone informed, the process integrates with SMTP Server/SendGrid, sending email notifications to both the employee and the HR department.
